EDM Vocalists is an online platform operated by Electronic Music Lovers Group. It helps vocalists, producers, artists and music professionals discover one another and explore potential collaborations.

02Acceptance of These Terms

By registering for an account, creating a profile, publishing a request, uploading content or using EDM Vocalists, you agree to these Terms of Use.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or contact another member through the platform.

03Our Role

EDM Vocalists provides a platform through which users can connect. Electronic Music Lovers Group is not a party to any collaboration, recording agreement, employment arrangement, royalty agreement or financial transaction made between users.

We do not represent, employ or manage the vocalists, producers or other members listed on the website. We do not guarantee that any member, opportunity, payment offer, project or uploaded material is genuine, accurate, suitable or commercially successful.

Users are responsible for carrying out their own checks before sharing files, making payments or entering into an agreement.

04Accounts and Profiles

You must provide accurate and current information when creating or updating an account, profile or listing.

You are responsible for protecting your account details and for activity carried out through your account. You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles or misrepresent your identity, experience, credits, availability or authority to offer a project.

05User Content

You retain ownership of the text, images, audio, video and other material you upload.

By uploading content, you give Electronic Music Lovers Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and promote EDM Vocalists.

You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it. You must not upload material that infringes copyright, performers’ rights, privacy rights, trademarks or any other rights.

You must not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually exploitative or otherwise harmful material.

06AI-Generated and Cloned Voices

You must not upload or offer an AI-generated, cloned or impersonated voice as though it were a genuine human vocal performance.

You must have clear permission to use any voice, likeness, recording or dataset belonging to another person. Misleading or unauthorised AI-generated material may be removed and the associated account may be suspended or closed.

07Collaboration and Payment Terms

Profile selections such as “Paid fee”, “Royalty split”, “Open to discussion” or “Label / project owner decides” describe a user’s general preferences only. They do not create a binding agreement.

Before work begins, the parties should agree their terms in writing, including:

• The work to be supplied
• Payment and royalty arrangements
• Songwriting and publishing ownership
• Master recording ownership
• Credits
• Deadlines and revisions
• Permitted uses of recordings and stems
• Release, withdrawal and termination rights

EDM Vocalists does not collect, hold, calculate, guarantee or enforce payments or royalties between users unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

08User Conduct and Safety

You must communicate respectfully and use the platform only for legitimate music-related purposes.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten or exploit another member
• Send spam or unrelated promotional messages
• Request or distribute illegal material
• Attempt fraud or make deliberately misleading offers
• Pressure another user to work without agreed terms
• Scrape or collect member information without permission
• Attempt to interfere with the website or another account

Take reasonable care before meeting another user, transferring money or providing unreleased recordings. EDM Vocalists does not perform criminal-record, identity or financial checks on every member.

09Reporting Content or Conduct

If you encounter unlawful content, suspected fraud, harassment, copyright infringement, impersonation or unsafe behaviour, contact:

Please include the relevant profile or listing URL and enough information for us to investigate.

10Moderation and Removal

We may review, reject, restrict, edit or remove profiles, listings and uploaded material where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where action is necessary to protect users, the platform or third-party rights.

We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches. We are not required to publish or retain any particular profile, listing or submission.

11Website Intellectual Property

The EDM Vocalists name, website design, branding, original written content and platform materials belong to Electronic Music Lovers Group or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell or commercially exploit these materials without prior written permission.

12Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always operate without error.

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform when reasonably necessary.

13Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electronic Music Lovers Group is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Agreements or disputes between users
• Unpaid fees or royalties
• Cancelled or unsuccessful projects
• Misleading profiles, listings or communications
• Copyright or ownership disputes between users
• The loss, disclosure or misuse of files shared outside the platform
• Reliance upon information supplied by another user
• Temporary website interruption or loss of access

Users remain responsible for obtaining appropriate contracts, professional advice and rights clearances for their collaborations.

14Closing an Account

You may request account closure by contacting info@eml-recordings.com.

Closing an account does not automatically cancel agreements already made with other users. Certain information may be retained where reasonably required for legal, security or record-keeping purposes, as explained in our Privacy Notice.

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the platform, services or applicable law changes. The current version and its revision date will remain available on this page.

Continued use of EDM Vocalists after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to consumers in another part of the United Kingdom.
